How to Use Spoonk
Spoonk is based on the principles of acupressure and Japanese Shiatsu massage. The most recommended way to use Spoonk is to lay on your back in the bed for 30-40 minutes just before sleeping in the direct skin contact (or use thin T-shirt if you find sensation to strong until you develop tolerance to the sensation of the mat against your skin).The pressure of your body against the mat will do the rest!
